Renewal Instructions

Licenses and certificates expire on October 1. When the renewal application is approved, the license or certificate is renewed for one (1) calendar year.

If your license or certificate is not renewed by your expiration date, YOU MAY NOT PRACTICE IN WYOMING.

We are saddened that the online system is no longer available. You must renew via paper application and regular mail. Paper renewal applications must be postmarked by October 1, 2022. Renewal applications postmarked after October 1, 2022, will be rejected and your license or certificate will expire.
